My Philosophy
PHILOSOPHY OF EDUCATION
My philosophy of education is to instill in students the desire to learn and to keep learning. My goal as an educator and tutor is to make instruction both meaningful and enjoyable. The University of South Florida provided me with opportunities to teach in classrooms of different grade levels and populations. These experiences have been invaluable. Teaching in the classroom setting for three years has given me the chance to use and explore different teaching practices. I very much enjoy tailoring specific practices to meet the needs of the student I am tutoring. I have formerly taught as many as 120 students in a year so it is quick for me to be able to assess a new peAk client's baseline level in any subject. I love helping students on their personal journey of self-growth. EVERY child is capable of success.
